Conducted the M&A due diligence and negotiations on behalf of a JASDAQ listed company acquiring a subsidiary of NASDAQ listed company, in India.

Advised a U.S. biotech company on their Joint Venture with a large U.S. based cancer research center for operations in India.

Test the key internal controls for Japanese Sarbanes Oxley (JSOX) of a U.S. subsidiary of a Tokyo based company.

Advise a privately held drug discovery company on their licensing agreements with a publicly traded Swiss company listed on the SIX Exchange.

Advise a SaaS start-up on equity funding, licensing technology, and royalty agreements.

Advise the management team of a government contractor, doing work with, DoJ, DoS, DoD, DHS, GSA,…etc.

Advisor to the Board and outsourced CFO to an early-stage technology company in New York City.

Prior Board service includes; an established technology-based government contractor, an established energy company, and various not-for-profit entities. Served as an independent financial expert to a joint venture between an Alaskan Native Corporation (ANC) and a Native American Corporation, contracting with the federal government, DoD.
